Huh. I gotta say it's the first card I'm not really enthused about. It seems like a reprint of precinct but with a once per turn limit. Being an ally changes it a little, and I guess if allies are becoming a big thing that might make putting it into a deck rather than a second police something to contemplate.
Speaking of precinct, is this guy also countered if police is countered?

Of course he would be countered, all Edge cards played in conjunction with would be. Now go bug the Watcher Database...they should be posting something soon.

BTW looking at your comments...if you reread the card...it's not like a the Precinct Card...look at it a little more closely.
