Edge 1 - Reason
Play during your May Do/Must Do Phase. Choose an Object in play. For the remainder of your turn, you may ignore the effects of that Object.
With the inclusion of more powerful Objects, a new Focusing like card was needed for the new Objects in the game.
Hope you enjoy.

Nice card title! Very appropriate.
I like the idea of more objects. Especially when they are described as more powerful!

Loved Hogg, hated all the Flying Machines. They just did not fit the game, not to mention that the abomination (H2) should not have been immortalized in the game. Here's hoping it gets skipped this time, i won't miss the General or his cronies. Though, if there were new Connor and Ramirez personas with different powers, then maybe I could be convinced. Hilt is my favourite Object sub-type, every immortal should have one for every WoC they ever were seen using in the shows/movies.

Here's hoping it gets skipped this time, i won't miss the General or his cronies. Considering what 1ed General Katana was like, I wont miss him at ALL. If we see the General with a whole new ability and cards, I wont shed a tear. As far as Corda & Reno, there is a whole new ability for those guys that was thoroughly playtested "back in the day" that I wouldnt mind them having.

What was it? Their current ability is pretty silly.

I remember reading a spoiler that had all the cards the Gathering set but the Persona ability of Corda & Reno was that the first them they could exhausted their endurance in a game they lost no Ability. I thought it was lame until I saw what it had been changed to and I learned what lame really was.

Heya!
Way back they only had 10 ability (if I remember the number correctly), and once per game during thier turn they could "reset" thier ability back to 10. In other words, switch from Corda to Reno. They didnt have Hoverboard or Wings, either. Unfortunatly, I have long since lost my old playtest cards (they were just photocoped paper slips) so I cant tell you what support cards they had. The only playtest cards I DO still have the stats for was the last set that would have been released.

The exhaustion one would be cool, and fits in more with the idea that it's two guys doing the fighting.
I don't think I'd play them at 10 ability unless they had a really nice set of cards to go along with it.

I had forgotten about that possibility! 10 ability for each was low, but the chance to "reset" the ability made it worth the gamble, with the right kind of deck.
I do hope that cards from HL2 are printed, but hopefully make some changes to some of them.
