Where are Kane's Text Box Backgrounds from?

Anyone know what scene in the movie Kane's title box and description text box is from? The BR master block card is a misprint and oddity (to me not officially) because the text box didn't get masked and it runs the whole card, on it you can see it's a larger scene. 

Maybe one of the members of the old design team lurks on this forum...

I don't know where they got the original picture from. If I had to guess though, it's probably from the factory scene at the end.

Hey Tim, thanks for replying, appreciate it. 

I took a closer look at the end scene in the factory and I think I found a shot that is really close.
