Here is a one that i have not seen asked and i think maybe should be asked for posterity ...
If a player adds a grid to an attack via some ability ...
let 's use good ol' Saiff for example (cards for this example at bottom of post)
What happens if his persona power gets nullified while the attack is in play? Does the added grid go-away or does it stay?
Player Saiff: Plays his own Master's Head Shot and adds Upper Left to the grid to make it a 2 grid HS Player B: plays Versus remove some Plot in play and Nullifies Saiff's persona ...
so does Player B face a 2 grid HS or a single grid HS?
Somewhat related: what about grids which are "chosen" by effect of their own text...
Richie's Master Attack Graham Ashe's Master Attack
So what happens to the grids if the card text on the Attack is nullified? They become an attack with no grids?
CARDS: Saif al-Rashid Persona Text If you do not play a Special card during your turn, you may add one additional, adjacent grid to an attack you play.
Saif Master's Head Shot (TVB066) Grid: UC
DAMAGE: 4 This attack is a Power Blow. If you do not play a Special card this turn, this is a Head Shot. This attack cannot be modified by Special cards or Edge cards.
Versus (AVD022) Edge: Nullify one Situation, Plot, Location, or Object in play during your turn. Event: Remove one Plot in play. If you do, your opponent cannot use their Persona Power while this card is in play.
