This is the most pressing rules update, in light of recent discussions regarding certain cards and the release of the New York location.
Restricting Hard Exertions – Any effect that says a player may not make a Hard Exertion ONLY affects that player making a Hard Exertion for a Power Blow or Power Block, they may still make Hard Exertions for other reasons, regardless of wording on the card.

Can you shoot some examples to make it clearer? Thanks.

Can you shoot some examples to make it clearer? Thanks. Malik - Intimidate : Your opponent cannot make a Hard Exertion during their next turn unless you make a hard Exertion during this turn. If your opponent played this card and did not Exert, you would not be able to Exert to make a Power Blow or Power Block, but would be able to Exert for an attack or defense.
