Hard Reset is not the answer

On my "un-fun" thread there was talk about a reset to the game. I actually had my mind changed when somebody brought up that the goal of the game is to:

Enable fun match ups that we never saw in the movies or TV.

This blew my mind, I never thought of that as a goal/direction of the game. I do have to say, seeing The Kurgan take on Hugh Fitzcairn at a local tournament is pretty cool.

With this in mind, if there is a reset, it should be a soft reset, allowing all Personas and their persona specific cards to remain legal. It would be cool to see each persona get like 4-5 additional cards that allow an alternate tactics.

Example- Darius as a Roman General with an alternate persona power and some crazy attacks.

Wow, thats a great idea. I wonder why the Design Team havent ever made any Alternate Persona cards, or released sets with new cards for old immortals, giving them new direction and/or making their original concept actually work.

In Steve's defense, they have. There are alternate Amanda, Kurgan, Kastagir, Duncan, and Methos. A few others that I can't think of right now.
