Hello, everyone.
I haven't been around for a while and I was never very active even when I did come here but my respect and appreciation for this last bastion of the Highlander TCG has never waned.
Upon *finally* finding a video on YouTube concerning the game uploaded just a few months ago, I've been reminded of just how little exposure this game has received in its long life. The fact that there is next to nothing about this game on YouTube is borderline criminal.
There is only one person I know who has experience with this game and that person is me. Because of that, if I were to try teaching the game to others it would be akin to the blind leading the blind (or the headless leading the headless in this case).
What I need, and I'm sure I'm not alone, is guidance from the experts. I'd love to see videos on this game from deck construction to strategy. Particularly, what I'd love to see is a demonstration of how to play using REAL decks. Every deck I've ever seen is basic and feels identical, primarily because I'm the one who made them all.
I know not everyone is keen on making videos and whatnot but it would really benefit those of us who are cast to the four corners of the globe with nothing more than a collection of cards and a desire to play.
Every immortal needs a teacher and this board is full of the Ramirez and Connors of this world.
If anyone could make a video to show what this game truly looks like when played, I'd be forever grateful. I'll even share my first Quickening with said person in an awkward, connected corkscrew Quickening to the eye a la Duncan and Methos.
Please consider helping out.
P.S. If said videos already exist, please point me in the right direction since they're harder to find than a fan of The Source.

Great Idea...I've already expressed my concerns about product to successfully help new players start right and compete. But me and Rodelantern might take a stab at this.

Great first video! Thank you so much. It's great to see not only a video about the game but one made by an expert in it. Definitely looking forward to further videos. I really want to see how to play it properly. Thanks for taking the time to make this.

Epic match? You just made lexs' year. I'm a bit sketchy on lexs' ability to film this, as his only background in video production is 1000's of hours of homemade dungeon porn. Always wondered why he had a box of chains in his garage. 8 days to our next regional, trash talkin' time.
