Trying to decide what Type 1 deck to bring to GenCon. I've got a good selection and I'm also willing to pick up cards to fill out my deck.
My current thought is my Hugh deck, but I'm open to suggestions or ideas for fun combinations.

Really depends on what you have. Fitz Fast Talker is never a bad suggestion, I've won events with it. Build for multi attack, drop Fast Talk when you can throw several attacks and a PB and maybe add a Kurgan Q or other damage boosters, swing for 8 in a turn. I always had a fondness for Twist of Fate. Might be nice to drop one the turn before you Kurt Matunas or Angry Mob/Careful Planning. I never really liked Overextended Attack but they work in a Fast Talk deck. Just an idea:
Fitz Persona Kurgan Q Annie Devlin Q Rapier Break Glass Remove All
Remember, no gems to build around. Just pick the T1 eligible cards you want and go nuts. But try to keep it close to 50.
I look forward to playing against it.

When you say "Break Glass" or "Remove All" what do you mean?
The rest I can found on the database, but the other two I don't know.

Arms and Tactics Generic G A&T-250 PRE-GAME During any of your turns in which there is a card in play which prevents you from playing any type of card from your hand, you may remove this card from the game and play cards as normal. AKA. Break Glass. It gets around almost everything that prevents or restricts you from doing something from your hand for one turn. thus break glass in case of emergency

That seems like a pretty good card and one I should be running. Sounds good.

Sorry for the acronyms. I too often assume everyone has multiple 5K count boxes crammed with cards. AKA lex is correct about break glass. The remove all is The Gathering pregame from 2ED 4 horsemen. Do not play a special, remove all sits, plots, loc, and obj your opponent played last turn. A favorite DI target.

Do not forget , especially with HUGH, to check the Type One Errata.

Do not forget , especially with HUGH, to check the Type One Errata. What specifically should I be looking for? Just all the cards I'm running in my deck?

Is there a recommended amount of non-basic attacks/defense I should include? Just a gut feeling/etc?
