I tend to do it by: Persona/+1MCBC/other/Persona Specific WOC Events Situations Edges Plots Items Block/Evade Attack/Special Attack
and just Generic: Event/Situation/Edge/Plot/Item/Block/Evade/Attack/Special Attack I never use the numbering system and always break it up by Persona alphabetically and then Generic/everything else.
Still cant decide if i want to mix 2nd/3rd edition cards though. Not that I really expect to play it much but it depends on what's allowed or what other players allow. You could even mix all 3 editions for non tournament play if you wanted I guess.
How does everyone else arrange their cards, especially between editions? Do you keep Season 1 2nd ed and Four Horsemen 2nd ed separate or are all the cards mixed alphabetically? And why, for you?

I have mine sorted as you have above. All legal 2nd edition cards. Events, locations, sit etc... Then I have my 50 or so type 1 cards bunched together in no certain order.

I have my store cards sorted numerically by release. When it comes to my cards I use in my decks, I am no where near as organized as you guys are. I have them in a 3000 count box in no particular order. I just look thru them when deck building. It is like a treasure hunt.

I have a World Champion who does all of this and it's quite wonderful. I suggest you all get one.
