However , we are making no promises on a release date for the full Rulebook. In the absence of an updated Rulebook we will be using the current version along with the posted updates. As always, if you have a question, ask the tournament director before hand. In this case, that would be me or Headswillroll. You can PM us well ahead of time with your questions , we are not playing in the championships, so you will be giving nothing away by asking us privately.

What's so difficult about adding 5 or 10 lines to the rulebook? Especially since it's already in electronic format? Seems like a silly thing to me.
Isn;t it just 10 little minutes of work and then an email to me asking me to host it (which I always do)?

We are also doing a revamp of the structure of the book. We also have other projects we are working on, along with our regular life activitees and jobs.

I'm really not trying to be dink here, but I just don't buy that a copy and paste from a forum thread to a document is something you guys should put off. There's NO reason not put out a new rulebook document whenever you type up one of those rulebook changes. It's literally Ctrl-C, Ctrl-V the stuff you just typed out into the document file you already have. (It's particularly poignant when you do precisely that when you post the rule change in more than one forum area.) You've already done the work. You just have to copy it over. Hell, you already have it in the format one would find it in the rulebook.
I promise that you'll spend more time trying to figure out the next persona you intend to play at GenCon than you would copying this text into the rulebook document. (Can you tell I have dealt with a teenager who won't do his chores all day? And co-workers who won't update their program documentation when they finish code changes? =P )
