a lot of the old rulings put into place by the older design teams should have never been allowed. They were put into place for personal reasons or improper rulings. EXACTLY. That is why the old Handbook was over 40 pages long, so much of it was card errata making a card near useless because somebody didnt like it.

I remember the comments everyone made when we first saw Jack Donovan in type 1 - What a stupid card!, who would ever play it?, what is the design team smoking?, do I have to pay for a set if its' cards are this useless?, and How could they ever make any future combo that would justify such a dumb card? But we were many of us know-it-alls who could design better than the design crew in our sleep and of course they should just give us the game so things would get better. That didn't happen and look what a good game we have now anyway.
