The parry blade attacks(UL-LR and LL-UR) has a restriction of 2. Is that just 2 total or 2 of each?

Restriction numbers are always for unique cards, not card titles. You can have 2 of each.

This is unrelated to the Parry Blade, this is in reference to the Rapier. I can have 6 UL-MC Slice and 6 MC-UR Slice in my deck? Dose the same apply to Slash? 6 left slash, 6 right slash, etc?

The restriction of 6 applies to card title. So you could have, for example, 2 Watcher (Heal), 2 Watcher (Counter Master), and 2 Watcher (Fair Fight) but that would be your limit on cards titled "Watcher." You could still have a Watcher Database of two though, since it's a diferent title.

It's an odd design choice. They're both restriction numbers, but have different underlying rules. It's a side effect of the wording that confuses a lot of people.
