Another odd question. Simple mind says each player may only have 1 situation in play. If I have Simple Mind in play can my opponent have a situation in play and 1-4 situations played under Hidden Resources. A discussion last night came up. Since Hidden Resources prevents the Situation from being in play they don't count as a Situation for Simple Mind. Any thoughts about this?

Hidden Resources doesn't stop the situation from being in play, it just stops the situation from having any effect on play. It's still out there, so will still be affected by simple Mind.

I thought so. It was argued that it was not in play so they could stay. My arguement was that they had no affect, but were still situations and henceforth still affected by Simple Mind.

That is unless the situation under Hidden Resources was a situation plot, then it could not be affected by Simple Mind. Headswillroll
