It definately makes simple mind or the circus more enticing. Headswillroll

I've always been a fan of Simple Mind for Kane, coupled with Shapeshift. Take their Master's Advance, Police Escort, cool Ally, or other beefy situation and give them effectively nothing in return.
That opens an interesting question: what happens if Hugh Seduces or Kane shapeshifts to steal Dugal MacLeod? Does he gain the benefits of your gaurd?

I would rule yes since when Dugal is "keeing the guard up'' for you the guard becomes attached with Dugal. Kinda like the four horseman or dojo or safehouse situations when they are affected in this way. Headswillroll

However, with the new errata it still can be troublesome with discarding six cards every turn. Now add that to six Dianne Terrin and your opponent will be begging to see if he can get a combo off. That is why I religiously carry a simple mind in my toolbox. Headswillroll
