OK so I am attempting to Build a Kurgan deck I have his +1 and MCBC cards and the following. I am lost and it loses all the time to my Duncan deck. I was just looking for a few pointers. Here are the cards I have for him. Master Head Shot x4 Master Disarm x2 Master of The Hunt x2 Combination x4 Extra nuts x4 Follow up x4 Back Away x6 Bloodlust x2 Disguise x2 Flashback x4 Hammer Blowx1 Run Through x1 Scare x1 Skull Helmet x2 That is all I have for him. Let me know as since I have not played anyone at this game since premire set lol so I am trying to figure out how I should build this. Any help is appreciated.

Heya!
I dont know what other cards you may or may not have, but here are a few suggestions based on the availability of common cards:
Pistols/Slashes - These are usually good in a Kurgan Attack based deck, as he gets a good bonus to use them. Try combining either with his Extra Shot or the Pistols with Follow Up (a nice undodgable Pistol shot is handy).
I wouldnt use the Masters Disarm. If you REALLY want to disarm your opponent, there are better ways of doing it than exerting 10 cards.
Master Of The Hunt and Skull Helmet can be useful in slowing an opponent down, but I would only put them in a small deck where you would get them quickly.
Hope this little advice helps you out.

I totally agree about the pistols. 2 or 3 can really enhance your deck since Kurgan is so anemic on dodges aside from Back Away.

Kurgan has a severe problem in 1e with a lack of good cards. His persona power works better for others as a quickening, and Methos uses his Master Headshot better than anyone else except perhaps Cassandra.
A few things I've seen work well for people:
Headshots on the Catwalk or in The Circle Ingame Darius Seduces Bloodlust on the Catwalk with a Broadbladed spear

I've had good results with Slashes and pistols, as mentioned. Upper Slashes and MHS should run them out of dodges and UCB quickly with Catwalk in play.
Another key combo I've had good success with is Flurry Strike/Follow Up/Flurry Strike. Exert 3 cards to make the second flurry strike an unblockable/undodgeable PB that will do 6 damage. (7 if you forgo pistols in favor of War Axe WoC)
If you have access to SAEC cards, Ambush is pretty awesome.

Yeah, ambush definitely goes a long way towards making Kurgan the feared immortal he should be.

Are you using any MLE cards ? If so then reccomend from MLE 5 , The Perfect Warrior , Cadillac ( very nice for Catwalk deck ) , and No Restraint ( works well with Bloodlust ).

The Kurgan's cards are not all that good. However that does not mean you can't make him pretty formidable.
The only Kurgan cards I would use are MHS, Follow up and Back away. If Raven cards are legal include Ambush.
Basically the way to go with Kurgan is to make all of his attacks unblockable/undodgeable and power blow everything. Make a small deck so you can pull of his combos.
Important Pregames are war axe and darius for extra MHS
Key cards Flurry strikes Darius /Seduce Amanda (or ambush) Follow up Throw war axe MHS
Combos Back away Darius/Seduce MHS. - for an unblockable/undodgeable power blow. Remember MHS is still a power blow just not a head shot if you play a special.
Flurry strike follow up flurry strike(power blow)
and my fave combo
Throw follow up throw
All of your unblockable/undodgeables do an obscene amount of damage
Throw in some toolbox cards police misfortune etc. and a suitable location - catwalk probably ..you don't want to be stuck in the circle or down a dead end alley and you are good to go.
Best

No I wouldn't play with the lighthouse. You do not want a location that will stop you playing your back aways. Back away is really the only reliable defense you have so you don't want a location in play that will stop you playing it.
If you have no catwalks go with a "neutral" location ie one you can play that doesn't hurt you but will remove a location that does.
Best

Spiritual Center or Sanctuary (the one that stops event damage) is a good one.

Ring of Fire is another good one if you don't have Catwalks.. but I would just get catwalks however you can.

another very simple deck:
Claymore + Pagliaccio (better than quality blade) follow up + flury combination + lunge (edge) extra shot + flashing blade
cleave slash Master's HS and 6 Dr Sonny Jackson and 2 Mishap to help you in defence.
This way you can make a big power blow rush, difficult to defend every turn.
If you can built your deck in a way to survive, your opponent will fail to defend your attacks quite quickly
