Is the Surprise Attack-Parry Blade and the Surprise Attack-Wakizashi considered the same or two different cards? Can I have 6 Surprise Attack-Parry Blade in my deck and Weapons Expert 6 Surprise Attack-Wakizashi in also?

Theya re different cards, yes.
You can't have 6 of each because of Title restriction. (You can use 3 of each)

Your rapier/parrying blade combos always worked pretty well - I'm just thankful the suprise attacks share a title - and that the Wakizashi is 1 per turn.
"Rameriz slash, Trip, and 12 more attacks, dodges won't avoid multiple" :-)
