When you play a card that forces your opponent to discard from his/her hand, Endurance or a card or cards they have in play, dose the discard happen immediately or at the start of his/her turn?

Everything you do to your opponent on your turn will queue up and wait until their turn, so they'll have at least their Must Do phase to deal with it.

With the exception of effects of events that resolve during your turn, such as police: remove situation and things like that. Headswillroll

A&T Rulebook -
Discard
If you are forced to discard by a card played by your opponent, you must do so at the start of your Sweep Phase, before you play any cards. You may play a card before you discard if the card you play can stop or alter the discard effect.

Understandable but the answer was only half given in the light of someone who plays technicalities. I just threw that in there to cover all aspects of the question. Headswillroll
