when playing a head shot using the "there can be only one" ... what happens if opponent regains their feet before defense phase?
the head shot goes away but the power blow stays?

And could this one specific Head Shot edge (bvk016 details below) be played with "there can be only one" special attack?

Because of the wording, even if you get up from being Prone, as long as you were Prone when the attack was made, its a Head Shot

Any attack that has two damage values means it can be made a Power Blow. If it can be made a Power Blow that means it can be made a Head Shot (unless otherwise stated on the card).
