Connors Persona reads "You may discard one [E] to ignore the effects of any card played by your opponent that would force you to discard cards from your hand. You may increase or decrease the size of a Hard Exertion made by your opponent by one for every Ally you have in play (to a maximum of three)."

1: Can Connor use bot effects on the same turn?
2: Can Connor adjust exertions multiple times in the same turn. (If his opponent has a card in play that lets him make multiple exertions obviously.)

Further Connor Question: Locally we have always played Connors Slash as being able to be made a Head Shot. It reads.

"You may include this card in your deck in place of a Basic Attack. You do not need to include this card in your deck to satisfy your Basic Attack requirements."

I think that this has led to the interpretation that it is just treated as a basic attack? Is this correct? I assume it's damage is 2/4. correct? And can it be a head shot?

Connors Slash is a Basic Attack and should be treated as such. Because its a Basic Attack and does not state differently, its damage is 2/4 and it can be made a Power Blow and a Head Shot.
