think my copy came via Dallis. Printed out at 200 pages. Looks like it was written and play tested in 1995-96 by the guys at TCG.
got 7 people to play in it tomorrow. Personas 1. I am a byzantine warrior 2. Native american with 2 hatchets 3. Florence Nightingale 4. Frenchman, part of the Three Musketeers 5. Vincent Van Gogh. lost the ear in a duel 6. Brit 7. not sure .
will let you know how the play went.

So I had heard that Margaret Weiss Publishing had been approached to produce a highlander RPG last year sometime? Is there any truth to this?

So if somebody were interested in producing an official Highlander RPG, where would one begin this process?

So if somebody were interested in producing an official Highlander RPG, where would one begin this process? That is a great question. I would start with Panzer/Davis and inquire about licensing.

It's actually true, but it wasn't a year ago. It was roughly 5 years ago. I'll sum up the story: The original printer of HLTCG 2E (Ken something)is a friend of Margaret and many other old-school TSR employees. When he and sager parted ways bitterly, he attempted to buy the HL paper games license. Sager managed to keep the license at the last minute, but the second gentleman had already begun work on his side to create a new version of the HL card game and also talked to his friends about creating an RPG. Margaret herself actually posted one single message on a forum where she said only that she had been asked to create it. When Ken did not get the license, that ended the whole thing.

Thanks for the insight. But if Mr. Sager still has the Pen/Paper rights, how would anybody be able to get them from Panzer/Davis? I'm primarily just a fan of the game and would like to see somebody/anybody... create the RPG.
