First of all, Prowler and I would like to thank all of those that contributed their thoughts/comments/opinions/questions to help seal the Rulebook. We did our best to make this as fair a rulebook as possible with our "for the betterment of the game" attitude. However, it was you, the players that helped with the final editing. The finished Type One Rule Book was given to Thorr last night, to replace the existing document. There are some changes that were not already on the forum, due to people PMing us, or talking to us via other communication. Once again we implore you to read this document from top to bottom as we are not going to spell out the changes. If there are any further questions, feel free to let us know, and we either answer them or will take them into consideration. I cannot say when Thorr will have the document switched, or when he will have it added to the Resources column for everyone's convenience, since I do not know his schedule, but I am sure he will let us all know when he has completed the task. This Rulebook takes effect for the Type One format tournaments as stated before, on 11-23-2008. Any future changes that we feel need to be made will have a three week induction period to allow everyone time to understand/apply it to their game. In final, we hope that everyone is pleased with the results of our labor, and don't lose your head!!
