The GIF icons on this site are not working. Is it a problem with the forum or possibly an adjustment on my comp?

Well, if you refer to the Attribute icons, it is probably due to the fact that MCrow set them up in his photobucket account. There is a bandwidth limit for that. It may be that he removed the pics from his account or it got shut down.

I am currently seeing all the icons. If you can be more specific about what you aren't seeing, I'll look into it to see if it is site related.

Well, I am seeing the icons, but not the movement actions of the icons.

After looking at the main forum page I noticed that I do not have any icons, but when I go to any specific forum or go to post/reply, I get the icons just not the motions of the icons.

I was referring to the folder icons and the smiley face motion icons.

What do you see in this icon? I only see the two heads and the sword in the initial stage and no motion.

It's working for me, too. I see all of the animated gif icons. If by folder icon you mean the ones on each forum that are blue or gray, I see those. Every now and then I'll see [/li][li] instead of a blue folder, which is weird it's the Alt text on the image, but I have no idea why it would be printed to the screen. I'll trade with you though. I'm not a big fan of animated gifs, especially huge ones like the quickening. They're funny the first couple of times, and annoyingly distracting after that.

Sounds like an internet browser setting on your new computer. I assume it is using IE7?

On the new computer? Gotcha.
I guess that could depend on firewall, Firefox's image.animation_mode flag, or another FF plugin then.
