It also still leaves open the question of which cards were added by which effect. The only difference is that now instead of having to figure out which cards are removed from the deck you have to figure out which cards can no longer be played.

I found that one, but it doesn't cover what happens when you have two different cards adding other cards to your deck. It's the same situation as with the Richie + Darius scenario: either you write it down in advance or you have to believe the guy when he tells you he was using Darius for Seduce and ToM for Killer Precision. With both cards, you are allowed to put X card in your deck, and you must play that card with either a Darius or a ToM. If you have Seduce and Killer Prec. in the deck, you can play either in conjunction with. If you have a Master Block and a Killer P, then you can only use the darius to play the Master Block. Think of the first part of the card as a deck construction mechanic and the second part for playing the card in game.
