For the 1E only tourney, are the cards "as printed"? Like, using the errata / type one rules here, or wild wild west / bad old days / anything goes?

If you look to the right side of your screen (unless you are on a mobile device, in which case you need to scroll down to the bottom of your screen and click on Desktop, then you will see the links to your right) you will see the links for the three H1E links. Since you are asking, does this mean we are going to see you here?

does that mean you can't play Raven Cards? In the 1e only and Type Onecevents you can use Black Raven cards, in accordance to the rules for those events

But the 3 1e only rules make no mention of Raven I saw and say you can only play cards by Thunder Castle Games.
Players may not use cards in their deck not printed by Thunder Castle Games made specifically for Highlander: The Card Game
Plus there is no mention of the stupid time/Trap cards
Now I want to play raven lol I finally thanks to Thorr have options there.

Plus there is no mention of the stupid time/Trap cards Just out of interest why were time and trap cards not allowed in official tourneys? I seem to recall from ages ago it was something to do with copyright . Is that correct? Best N

You are right, I cannot find any wording ALLOWING them. It must have been an MLE thing or something that allowed them. It appears there will be now Black Raven cards allowed in this event then, unless I am missing something in those three documents.

Headswillroll and I spoke this morning, and we both agreed to ALLOW Black Raven cards, with the exception of the Time and Trap cards. Before Type One was instituted, they were allowed, so we are going to go with that.
If anyone has questions or concerns, please contact me or comment here, whatever you are comfortable with, I will be happy to discuss it with you.

Time and Trap cards were banned because they were very broken, especially when combined with cards from 1ed, 2ed, and/or 3ed. At this time, we are not tacking that mechanic, but the possibility is there for down the road.

General Katana had a mean one Play in conjunction with an Lower Basic Attack. If your opponent has a Situation in play and succesfully blocked your attack, Your opponent must play a new defense to defend this attack from an exertion. This attack is considered to be a headshot and a powerblow. So lower basic Lunge now HS coming at you that you have to exert for.
