If you are worried about Type II Broken Weapons, just play with Collin MacLeod and his Hilt.

Results are in. I was close on all of my guesses but one.
Zombie Joe - Malick with the Great Sword Josh "His Dudeness" - Rebecca Horne Hidden Headhunter (he was plannign Malick mill until he found out I had brought Malick as well.) Van the Man[ager] - Annie Devlin Crazy Ninja (hidden attacks) The German Kid - Nefertiri Hidden Power Blow
Round One - Zombie Joe vs. The German Kid FIGHT!
On the first turn I was able to get out the key card for me this event. The Opera House. All of my opponents were playing some type of hidden strategy. Although I was able to build up my Master's Strength and other setup cards, the crazy wench managed to get in a stab or two.
It ended with Malick at 3 ability and taking her head.
1-0 with 1 head claimed
Round Two - Zombie Joe vs. His Dudeness FIGHT!
I did not managed to get out my Opera House fast enough, so he brought me down with only 4 or 5 cards left in his endurance. Stupid Legacy... "I make a zero card hard exertion for nothin..."
1-1 with 1 head claimed
Round Three - Zombie Joe vs. Van the Man[ager] FIGHT!
I managed to set up my Master's Strength and Master of the Great Sword, holding my Opera House until he dropped the Amusement Park. Exertions almost every turn were definitely tiring Annie out. In the end, she zigged when she should have zagged and lost her head.
2-1 with two heads claimed
Final Standings Joe 2-1 with 2 heads claimed His Dudeness 2-1 with one head claimed The German Kid 2-1 with one head claimed Van the Man[ager] 0-3
This event was riddled with our standard bout of really close games. Had I not held a strong counter for all three decks, I think the two decks I beat would have taken me.
It will be interesting to see what Regionals brings.

"His Dudeness" checking in:
Round 1 - vs. Annie Devlin: Annie was none to happy with Rebecca swinging for here head repeatedly in the first 8 turns (4 out of 8 were hidden upper attacks wi/attached Headshot) This game the deck setup with a second turn Legacy. I hate undodgeable attacks. So we both exhaust and then I setup with the hunter:prone and 3 turns after with headshots. The last one left her head rolling on the ground.
Round 2 vs. Malick - Kind of an interesting match because Zombie Joe knew what the deck contained before we started because he was there and I knew he couldn't change anything anyway. The match itself was good with a first turn Legacy and Second turn Hunter: Prone. The mid to late game Opera House brought the game back to even. He knew headshots were coming but at least he could see the angle. In the end, He exhausted to 0 and I had no way to pull a headshot into my hand.
Round 3 vs. Neferiti - See above match with annie for I HATE UNDODGEABLE ATTACKS! He quickly realized I had no answer for the hidden stab. So he would block the headshots and exert to make them powerblows. I never got setup.
Oh Well 2-1 with 1 head taken is still respectable.
