Heya!
We had a smaller than expected turn out. A BUNCH of people who said they would come out didnt show, including Tim, Brent and Greg. So, in the absence of "official" rulings, we had to make do. On a positive note, Jerry Shattenburg was talked into playing, so "The Godfather Of Highlander" made his presence felt.
I have to say, the "Divine Intervention your persona" deck and the "lower center attack Head Shot" decks did really well, but neither could stand up to the "Verona Italy/Twist Of Fate" deck. Also, the "Rock/Paper/Scissors" method of End Game worked REALLY well, it ended the tourney in record time and it was unanimous that THIS should be the method of End Game from now on.
On a side note, Tim, you now owe me a Felice Martin Type One persona, since you were not there to hand out Prize Support.

Oh come on, you KNOW you want to. ;D In case peoples sarcasm sensors are turned off, my above post was VERY tongue-in-cheek. The tourney was played using Handbook and Addendum rules, and it went really well.

Here are the results of our 1e tournament. We had 11 players. We managed to twist(wink wink) Jerry Shattenburg's arm into playing. We had a great time. There was a broad spectrum of personnas played. All editions were represented. A Grayson was there also. It came down Jim B and Steve C in the final with Jim getting the win. Prize cards are pending.

Ah, perhaps a winky will help people know when you're joking. Pesky internet and it's lack of tone indicators.

I was the Grayson player at the event. It was a fun tourny for me atleast, and most fitting of all was that Duncan was able to defeat "one of the old ones" and ended up taking my head! Either way, I had a great time and look forward to the next tourny!! Hak

By the way, has anyone heard an "official" excuse as to why Tim and crew didn't show up last Friday night at A to Z Comics? Headswillroll

You were there a month ago...not to mention how many times you played there when it was at its old location next door. When can Jim and I expect our prize cards?

But, Alas, I tried a new way that Brent said would save time...let me say, next time I will be there late, but I will be there.
