Hey! So I had a great time learning the game at GenCon with everyone. Thanks so much for your patience and help with the game.
My wife ended up buying me some cards on eBay (Arms and Tactics and The Four Horsemen).
Those sets are black-bordered, and I was fairly certain they aren't 2e legal. Is there a comprehensive list of what sets are 2e Legal (i.e. the format we played at GenCon, right?)
Thanks! I can't wait to build my collection.

Type One uses all sets, Type Two uses 2nd and 3rd edition (3 was a short edition, but are black bordered). You can tell the difference between 1 and 3 editions by looking for the card number. If it has a number, it is 3rd edition. As a company, we support both Type One and Type Two tourneys. Since you now have 1st and 2nd edition cards, you could play either format if you wanted. www.highlandercardgame.weebly.com. has links for the Rulebooks for both types. They spell out how mixing editions work. Thanks for your interest and it was great meeting you!
