I wanted to post a teaser for the upcoming set, inspired by the roadtrip to GenCon.

Oh Hells NO. The Traveling Wildberries 5M 5A 9S 10T 19E 12R Allowance: You may include Objects from other Personas even if Signature. Retrieve: You may make a 5 card Hard Exertion to retrieve a Location from your Endurance or Discard. Restriction: If played by prowler he must listen to music from this century the entire tournament. I'd rather see the Immortal Cimoli as a head hunting, unbeatable cheese machine than these guys.

I think we have a pretty good idea, but figured I would start a thread so we can see who all is going to Gencon? I'm in. (I also know of 2 from my area that will be playing in at least a couple of events). See you all there! Hi everyone. Did not know Highlander existed beyond first edition. Anyone still play this? And at cons? soooo many Q's (questions) so little time. hah.

Where are you from?

I'm not sure who owns it, but if you are any where near Kansas City on the 20th of September there's a whole day of Highlander planned.

Headswillroll and I are the current Design Team on the cards, dbaker is in charge of sales. If you go to www.highlandercardgame.com you can see slideshows of the current batches of cards, and also find links to download the newest rulebooks. For the past year, we have been releasing cards in a non-collectible Versus format. For $40 you get two Immortals, each with a 50 card deck. These decks are tournament legal (have the attacks and blocks), as well as full restriction on each Persona and Weapon Specific card. Prize cards and Q's are still given out at tournaments. We do not give out swords any longer, but Championships get custom Hilt cards. Prior to last year, the company produced several sets featuring Immortals from the TV series and Movies, many of which were not done in the original 1st Edition sets. These sets were done in the collectable format, with a handful of Versus style decks. Check with dbaker for details on how to buy cards or sets. If you have any questions at all, feel free to post or leave an Instant Message with any of the three of us, we'd be glad to help.
